«Feeling Good” is a song written for the 1965 musical ”The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd” (about the gap between the upper and lower classes of British society in the 1960s). The musical was not a success and would have been long ago forgotten if not for it's “Feeling Good” song, which is popular for half a century already.
Nina Simone's version of the song is one of the best known.

And the Muse version of the song is often called “the greatest cover song of all time”.

»Feeling Good" is also called the “Always Different” song, because it gives any singer a great opportunity to express himself (or herself) and to be remembered. That’s why it’s so often heard at song contests. Like “X-Factor”, for example.

So try not to get involved in a «which version is better» argument with anyone. Tastes differ. I prefer Malia's cover.

The song has featured prominently in many forms of media and was used by many companies for their advertising, including The WeightWatchers’s.

Some people even call it “over played”. So what? It’s still awesome.

I would also call it “The Great Easter Song”. For it’s idea and words…
