Молодой специалист может занимать такую должность по квалификационным требованиям?

директором департамента архитектуры, градостроительства и благоустройства стал Константин Мацкевич

Вроде как это выяснили уже. Нет?

Ладно, посмотрим, не будем негатив лить раньше времени :) Судить нужно по делам, время всё покажет.

Таким образом, на высшую должность в Департаменте, отвечающем за архитектурный облик олимпийской столицы смог претендовать и получить человек, только летом этого года завершивший заочное обучение по специальности «Промышленное и гражданское строительство» и не имеющий ни года стажа работ на стройке, ни какого-либо самостоятельного разработанного проекта.

Последние три года (с февраля 2009) Константин Павлович Мацкевич занимал должность директора Муниципального института генплана города Сочи (МИГ), где проявил себя как руководитель, внедривший систему «Искусственный управленческий интеллект». На блоговых интернет-площадках Сочи не раз звучали обвинения в его адрес в развале МИГа, так как за последнее время предприятие покинули специалисты, не один год проработавшие на нем, но не выдержавшие новых методов руководства и организации делопроизводства.

Стоит отметить, что при назначении нового директора Департамента архитектуры, градостроительства и благоустройства, которого по привычке многие называют главным архитектором Сочи, глава города не счел нужным узнать мнение и предложения Сочинской организации союза архитекторов России.

В сложившейся ситуации остается только надеяться, что Константину Павловичу не только удастся соответствовать занимаемой должности, но и при помощи профессионалов найти выход из сложившихся тупиковых ситуаций с застройкой в знаковых местах Сочи, например, таких как привокзальная площадь и Приморская набережная, а также довести до логического конца проекты планировок центров не только Сочи и Лазаревского, но и Хосты, и Адлера, над которыми работает в данное время МИГ в содружестве с другими сочинскими архитекторами.

Не не шутку привлекло внимание и то место в информации от bescker, где новый директор упомянут

Это что, в муниципальной организации — «искусственный управленческий интеллект»? Сам руководитель так описывал последствия воздействия искусственным интеллектом на доверенный ему коллектив:
"… сотрудники сами стали решать проблемы, а не вешать их на меня, освободилось время для реального управления и развития. Уменьшился круг непосредственных подчиненных, работаю в основном с ними, а не со всеми сотрудниками, как раньше. Сложнее конечно с теми, кто отработал на предприятии по многу лет, они подвержены еще старому менталитету (есть сотрудники со стажем 20-50 лет на предприятии). Те сложнее перестраиваются, но перестраиваются. С вновь принимаемыми сотрудниками вообще проблем нет – сразу в систему вливаются."

Чем дальше тем страшнее, пора реально задуматься а не пора ли сваливать из Сочи? (сдавали работы в Олимпстрой, так там строительные работы у нас принимал выпускник СГУТиКД с дипломом физкультурника, во как, я думал это единично)

это просто бред какой-то, главный архитектор после полугода как закончил институт, это издевательство и насмешка над жителями, он наверное еще быстрее будет проводить в жизнь новые проекты, ждем новых строек которые уродуют город, бывший курорт Сочи

Так очередной сынок высокопоставленного папаши. По его специальности ему нужно работать в столовке или строителем.

Пока не будет пожизненной ответственности за любое неправильное (неправомерное) решение, все кто не хочет работать и получать много, будут лезть в начальники. А сейчас, назначили, сделал пару нужных подписей (например снос Чайки), перевели ещё куда то, там тоже пару подписей (снос Спутника), потом кусочек от Южных культур, а потом ваще можно никого не бояться, главное наверх докладывать регулярно об успехах. В общем Средняя Азия времён Л.И. Брежнева.

После всего вышесказанного, вновь представленному гл.архитектору, как порядочному человеку, остается подать в отставку. Или как порядочной (...) команды Пахомова, отрабатывать назначение.

Руководителем мастерской утверждён академик архитектуры Жолтовский Иван Владиславович, уже приступивший к работе в Сочи.

Главным архитектором должен быть человек, только с АРХИТЕКТУРНЫМ образованием, интересующийся современной архитектурой историей, человек со вкусом. Иначе городу пи… дец. В данном случае, пи… дец как никогда близок.

We glued little welcome flags to glass Coke bottles at the reception and at the tables we had little bunny brooches that we had cut from perspex. We pinned the bunnies to personalized name cards at the tables. We found an old tree, which my brother painted white. We stuck it in a old wine barrel and let the table settings hang from it with ribbons. Thank you to black cocktail dresses for sharing this quaint wedding with us. They even made the home-made shade-covering as Jon t calls it, for the ceremony. Jon t s best friend also helped with many of the DIY projects, and her aunt made her wedding dress. What a talented family!? De Wet and Jon t met while they were both working in England. Shortly after they met De Wet came back to South Africa and Namibia for a two month holiday, but the two kept in contact and got to know each other quite well. He returned to England where he was to stay for the next three years, while Jon t planned to come home in October. They decided to take their relationship serious and commit, rather than doing it half-heartedly.
